All sales are final on Sale, Jewelry, & Calendar items.
If any product is damaged in shipping, we will gladly replace the item at no charge. We may request that you send the item back to us.
If you do not like the product that you have received you may exchange it for another product. We must receive the product back before an exchange can be made. We do not reimburse the cost of shipping in this instance.
WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE TO PROCESS A RETURN.

PLEASE NOTE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET:
- ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST HAVE AN RA #
- WE MUST RECEIVE THE PRODUCT BACK BEFORE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED
- ITEMS CANNOT BE WORN, DIRTY OR DAMAGED
- ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE AFFIXED TO THE ITEM AS IT WAS SHIPPED
- PLEASE INCLUDE COPY OF YOUR PACKING SLIP, RA #, CONTACT PHONE NUMBER AND INFORMATION ON WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXHANGE YOUR ITEMS FOR ALONG WITH THIS SHEET. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND BE SURE TO CHECK REFUND
- REQUESTS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND MUST BE MADE WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF RECEIPT
